Rachel Small
Office Administrator & Social Media
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Rachel brings her varied and diverse work life experience to SER, having worked across all sectors of education from Primary School to University as well as within the private sector. Rachel has a background in Special Educational Needs having spent several years as the Assistant SENCO at a Secondary School. From here she moved into Primary Education as the School's Administrator. When Rachel relocated to Whitstable she swapped her 2 hour daily commute for a 15 minute drive by working at the University of Kent. After nearly 7 years at the University, SER tempted Rachel away with the lure of a 3 day week and the opportunity to use all her skills and experience. Rachel is looking forward to exploring what her spare time looks like.
