Being invited to and supporting events like these reinforces our passion for our work and the ways our expertise can benefit schools. We encountered some wonderful young individuals and guided them on how to create a CV, described a day in the life of a recruiter, and discussed the various roles available in a school for those without a teaching degree. We were pleasantly surprised to identify 24 essential roles within schools, showcasing the variety of career opportunities available in education!
